So about a month ago now, I finished building my computer.
Specs:

MotherBoard: Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 Motherboard (Socket AM3+, Up to 32GB DDR3, USB 3.0, uATX)

RAM: G-Skill Ares F3-1600C8D-8GAB 8 GB (4 GB x 2) DDR3-1600 Non-ECC Memory Modules with Low Profile Heat Spreader - Blue

PSU: EVGA 100-W1-0500-KR - 500W 80 Plus Power Supply (100-W1-0500-KR)

Hard Drive: Western Digital Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5-Inch Internal Hard Drive

Case: NZXT Source 210 USB 3.0 Mid Tower Chassis with 1x 120/140mm Fan - Elite Black

I have installed the iso correctly onto my USB, I have installed the OS onto the Hard Drive... but when I boot after that, while windows is getting ready, my pc just turns off... No fade, just switches off...

Please could someone help, I'm new to building, and have no idea what to do

Hello, I found out what the problem was. It turns out that it came with way to much thermal paste on it, causing it to overheat. But now I have another problem... I've installed all my drivers and everything, but my router isn't showing up on the internet thing. It keeps showing a icon with a screen and a plug next to it with a red x in the top left corner, please reply... thank you
