My PC will just turn off sometimes, not a blue screen but the whole thing shuts off and my screen goes blank. I thought the problem was to do with an OC I did on my Ryzen 5 1600, a few months back I boosted it to 3.8 GHz as there was a video proving it was stable with the included fan. This didn't work so I tried 3.7Ghz and that still wasn't stable. For the past month I've been using 3.6Ghz, there were no problems except maybe 1 or 2 bluescreens due to something else. But recently my Pc will just shut off while I'm playing Rust, which is a pretty demanding game if you've ever played it. It started as once every couple of days to now about 4 times a day, it even got worse after I lowered my core clock to 3.5GHz. At this point I think it may be a problem with my PSU and not my CPU. Any suggestions?
