Computer Turns On and Off Repeatedly Upon Startup

I just recently bought a new processor (i7-6700) to my replace my old processor (i5-6500). Upon installation and boot up, the computer turns on and runs for 20 seconds, then shutdowns automatically for 4 seconds then boots up again and continues this process forever. The computer will not connect to a monitor either. Computer was running perfectly prior to the installation.

I have been searching for a solution but haven’t found anything. Here’s what I’ve tried doing so far:
1. Reseating the CPU
2. Use my old CPU
3. Reseated RAM into old and new slot (only have 1 stick)
4. Reset CMOS
5. Unplugged all the wires to the PSU and reattached them
6. Ensured there was enough thermal paste between the CPU and Heat Sink

I’m running out of options and don’t know what it could be. Any help would be appreciated.

As you can see in the picture there are several bent pins. See if able to fix them. Or, RMA the board, if under warranty.
Put the old CPU back in the computer then go to your motherboard manufacturer's web site and download and install the newest BIOS upgrade or update. Instructions on how to do that will be on that web side. Make sure you have the exact model number and motherboard revision number. You might be able to do an internet search for where to find the motherboard revision number, if there is more than one. For example, most revision numbers on Gigabyte motherboards are located on a corner of the motherboard.

I don’t think this is possible because the monitors aren’t connecting so no BIOS screen comes on. If there is another way, then please let me know.

A quick update, I did buy a new PSU and nothing changed so I think I can rule a PSU out.

Thanks again and sorry for the delayed response.

Sorry for the delayed response. Still working on the computer but I’ve gotten past my initial problem. While there is no garuantee that the pins were the problem, I’m confident they were. Since my Mobo was out of warranty, I got a new Mobo and it worked instantly. Thanks for all your help!
