Question Computer turns on Bios loads, but windows will not start.

So basically when i first turn on my computer it will display the option to load the bios, then the screens goes black and my monitor goes to sleep.
But, if I turn off my computer then turn it on again it turns on fine. This happens every time i turn my PC on after its been off for a while.

I build the computer in December just after Christmas, I did have to change the graphics card though as that was faulty. This issue has only recently started. I have made sure all drivers are up to date to.
