Question Computer turns on, black screen, keyboard and mouse doesn't work

I had this problem about 4 days ago, I cleaned my pc then started it up, it was working fine for about ten minutes then it froze and then I restarted it, the pc started up fine all the lights and fans are running but my monitor, mouse and keyboard arnt working anymore, so I bought a new motherbaord, cpu and ram installed that and have the exact same problem anyly advice would help thanks.

I've also plugged my phone into the back and front sub ports and it charges

Yeah I'm gonna replace my psu tomorrow and see if that works
