computer turns on, black screen, keyboard and mouse working

I turned on my computer and after the windows load, it just shows a black sceen but the mouse and keyboard is working. Task manager shows csrss.exe and winlogon.exe that wont end. Others are rundll32.exe that i already end process but comes back again. What to do? Help please.. 🙁

dunno, just a shot in the dark, try to run explorer.exe from the task manager ?
