Computer turns on, but devices don't work.

Hey guys, I just recently bought a new processor for my computer, an AMD Fx 6300. After intalling it, my computer turns on just fine, however none of my devices work anymore. Both my USB mouse and my keyboard flicker on then back off immediately, and my monitor won't even connect.
If anyone could provide some insight on what might have happened, please do.

Have you made clear cmos?

Does the motherbord have a warning beep?

What was the previous processor? What motherboard do you have?

Omg same thing happened to me a few weeks ago, I fixed it though. The solution for me was trying these steps.

- see if usb 2.0 works

- check for bent pins on cpu

- make sure your ram is installed properly

- if you can get the old cpu put it in and lower monitor resolution to minimal

- change bios settings using old cpu to default and play around with the usb settings in the onboard devices section.
