Question Computer turns on, but doesn't boot

Hello there,

I had a fully working PC but as soon as I transferred it to a new case, it failed to be able to boot but the motherboard lights would turn on. Nothing else, including the fan.

I then took it in to a PC specialist nearby, and they supposedly fixed it. Until I got home and I was greeted by the same issue. They had told me that they fixed various different things within the system that may have been misconfigured.

The case is a Dark Star Cidi with a X370-Pro Motherboard.

Here are pictures of my PC, with the power connected.

Any help would be appreciated! <3

Saw this two usb 2.0 cables attached to the motherboard,

marked both, but the one with the colorfull cables is likely from the case if i see right, but the other one baffles me,cannot figure out where it comes from, maybe test without it attached, maybe even both.

Also for the gpu you use the second connector of the pcie cable test with the first one used.

Your case?
CiT Dark Star Midi Case with 1 x12 cm Blue 4 LED Rear Fan and Side Window Panel - Black: Amazon.co.uk: Computers & Accessories
if so would the second usb 2.0 be the memory card reader.

Thank you very much for your pointers.

Attempted everything you mentioned but the results stay the same, even rotated the USB 3.0 cables around.

Motherboard lit up, no fan movement, no LED on PC case, won't turn on.

Despite all USB cables being disconnected, and GPU connector being changed to the first one.
