tried removing ram
tried remvoving cmos battery
tried removing gpu
nothing worked
lights,fans, motherboard all on
mouse and keyboard lighting up
any ideas?

Try connecting directly to the motherboard first. If it works then there might be a problem with your GPU, if it still doesn't work then something might be wrong with your monitor or your cable. Try using a different cable.
