Computer turns on, but no display or beep.

Hi all

I just bought new mobo, new cpu and new ram. I brought over my freshly formatted ssd and hdd and also took psu and gpu from my old computer and put it all together in my new case. But there is no display on screen, my keyboard don't light up and I don't know what more to do. Looked all over the internet. Any ideas?

Specs are:
PSU: FSP 500W 80+ Bronze
Watercooling: Bloodfreezer 510LC
CPU: Asus strix z270f gaming
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB DDR4, 2133mhz
GPU: MSI GTX970 4GD5 OC
SSD: Kingston 240GB SSD V300

Also I found out that my 8pin EATX was not connected to anything but I already plugged in the 24pin EATX. Is it important to have both???

Yes. 8-pin is for the CPU, the brains of a computer.

I did now try to plug in 2x4 pin for the EATXV12 8 pin, but it didn't change a thing.
