Computer Turns on but no Display

So earlier today I came home from school and I turned my desktop PC on, the LED's all lit up and my fans were all spinning, but there would be nothing shown on my monitor. I went into my computer and reseated my graphics card, cpu, and ram and turned it back on and it still wouldn't display anything. I turned my ps4 on to make sure it wasn't the monitor that was the problem and it worked just fine. I started to research online why this might be and multiple sources said to reset the CMOS, and I did. Still, no display. What might be the problem with my computer? Any help or feedback would be well appreciated.

The computer is not new, I have had it for about 2 years now, and when should the beeps occur, I do not think I have heard any beeps.

They should happen when there is a problem when the PC is booting. Have you checked your VGA/DMI/HDMI cable?

Yeah the my displayport cable is working just fine, I even tried replacing it with an HDMI cable. And there weren't any beeps when my pc was booting.
