Computer Turns On, but no display

I turn on my pc, all fans spin including GPU fan, nothing displays. I took out a ram stick, unplugged gpu, checked about everything I could think of and it did not display.https://ibb.co/heO0Rc

I don’t even have a HDMI cord on my motherboard hence me plugging it into my GPU, btw I also have a picture.

why is the cpu heatsink at an angle?

I checked it and made sure it was aligned with the cpu, but it still did said no signal
