Question Computer turns on, but no screen

Nov 18, 2022
So I bought a used 800 g2 with a i7 6700, 8 gb ram, no hhd of ebay. I removed the motherboard so I can do a case swap into a coolermaster q300l case. When I installed the motherboard in to case and removed the expansion port block from the case. I accidentally broke off a small chip on the motherboard.

So I ordered a used asus Q170M-C board. Swap over the cpu, cooler, and I installed new G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2133, also have a new Mastercooler Masterwatt 550 psu. And a new Rx 6600 msi mech gpu. Computer turns on, all fans come on, but no display. I removed gpu and removed cmos battery and jumped the 2 pins per motherboard instructions. And left the gpu out of the case and used the hdmi port on motherboard since this cpu has on-board video. And still have no video.

I have a speaker connected to board mono and it does not beep either. Maybe cpu is bad?
Any help would be appreciated.
