Computer turns on but no signal on monitor. HELP!!

so yesterday i bought the b350 plus mobo, ryzen 5 1600, and 2 sticks of ddr4 ram. i put everything in place and turn on the pc. i get the beep from the mobo so that's good. but there is no signal to the monitor. i have made sure the monitor is on and working properly. i've tried using a different hdmi cord, and ports. i have also taken out my graphics card and tried it with the hdmi plugged into the mobo, still nothing. i have taken out the ram about 300 times, cleaned it. made sure it was seated properly and in the right place. and i have switched the ram around many times. i have a gtx 1060 6 gb. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

That HDMI connector on the mobo is only for Ryzen APU's (whenever they get released). You will not get a video signal from it when using a Ryzen CPU.
Who is the manufacturer of the mobo?

I hope you turn the power off when removing and re-seating the RAM and GPU.
