Computer turns on fans spin, lights turn on the it dies off, then comes back on and it repeats it.

I have a ATX tower.

Case: NZXT Phantom 530 full tower
CPU: Intel I7 4790K
Motherboard: MSI Z97 PC Mate
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i
Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 970
Ram: EVGA Superclocked DDR3
Power Supply: Corsair CX750M
Internal Hard Drive: WD 1tb
SSD: Kingston 120gb 300v

My computer turns on, lights go on, the fans spin, but it doesn't boot and turns off and turns on again and it repeats.

Reseat the DRAM, check the power connections so tight, if no joy may want to bench it, wrote a guide that may help here:
