Computer turns on fine but no display from graphics card on monitor

Okay, so yesterday my display from my graphics card to monitor was working fine. I had to take it apart for some reason. It was so I could double check the standoffs. Once I put the whole thing back together, my graphics card has been giving me trouble. The whole thing is put together fine I think but no display. Help please. Thanks. you wanna remove gpu and connect monitor to motherboard.

I've tried that. I've tried that with a DVI cable. I think the dvi cable may be broken though. http://imgur.com/rKyZfiL

To connect the graphics card to the monitor, i use a cable that is half dvi and half hdmi. That cable is not broken but I the onboard graphics need dvi full cable but I don't think I have that. Its a bit broken http://imgur.com/rKyZfiL

I noticed in your video that there is no beep to signal everything ok during boot up, please check the seating of your memory, and if that is not the problem, make sure you reconnected the 4/8 pin pci power connector, then if that is ok reseat the cpu, and make sure that there is an adequate amount of thermal paste on the cpu.

Okay, do I have to put new thermal paste? I don't have any on me right now. There was already some on the heatsink when I got it. Would I have to take it apart then put new thermal paste?

You would have to separate the heatsink and cpu to apply new paste. If the existing paste has not dried up and become stiff, then you should be ok.
