Computer turns on for 10-15 seconds then off.

I just built a new computer and it worked at first for a few days. I then decided to see if i could use my old computers RAM in this. THey didn't fit very well in the slots. But i plugged the computer back in and now it will turn on for 10-15 seconds all the lights and system and CPU fans turn on then they go off and repeat. I removed the sticks of RAM from the old computer and a tried just my new sticks but nothing has changed, I tried one of my new ram sticks in each of the 4 slots but it doesn't change. Also my monitor never gets a signal from the computer.. Please help me he is my system http://pcpartpicker.com/p/qKYdkL

So you managed to force DDR3 Ram into a DDR4 slot? If so I believe you just toasted your systems motherbd and possibly the ram too.
