Question Computer turns on for a second then shuts down over and over

I was downloading drivers and Windows asked if I wanted to restart. I said yes and the computer turns on a for second, then shuts off, turns on for a second then shuts off. This happens over and over again. I'm not able to get the computer to stay on and boot.

Did something get "bricked" from the driver installation? Is my PSU dead? This is my first PC build and I don't have another one laying around to check.

Update: I managed to get the computer to stay on. I noticed the computer stayed on longer when I held down the power button. I just repeated the process until it properly booted.

I'm still worried about this though. The motherboard might not be getting enough power for some reason.
