Computer Turns On For A Split Second

I just did my first build and the PC only turn on for a Split Second.

I did the PSU test (Paperclip) and it worked fine, i changed the RAM's slot, detached the Video Card, but nothing seems to work.

I check my Motherboard ans turns out that the Mobo has this feature called "EZ Debug LED", what this does is that it indicates wich component has a problem for troubleshooting, the LED was flashed on CPU.

Is the best way to return the CPU or is there things i can do ? There i no bent Pin, everything looks fine in the CPU Socket.

SOLVED : My Header was damaged

Power Supply : 550W Cooler Master Elite
V2
Motherboard : Msi H110M PRO-VD

Make sure that the 4/8 pin power cable is connected to the motherboard.

The board is still inside the case. What is that molex cable connected to the motherboard?
If it's the fan, disconnect it from the power supply. and hope that it did not damage the board.

The Molex is connected to the Power Supply, But it's connected to the port called SYSFAN1

Disconnected the Rolex to the PSU, now the PC is not doing anything when i start it up

Disconnect the cable from the molex and leave it connected to the board only.

Just did that, now the PC just won't start (Not showing life)

Try taking the board outside the case, leave only CPU and CPU fan installed, both 24 and 4 pin power cables connected.
No other wires or components, but the power switch. Start the board and see if the CPU fan does spin.

Have you installed the standoffs in the case?

Yes i have, there were always installed, but the 1/2 of the screws were not properly locked to the Standoffs
