Computer turns on, no display

Display won't work, but computer turns on. I cleared CMOS, checked cables, tried 2 different monitors (VGA, HDMI, AND DP), etc.

Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7 1700x 3.4ghz
Motherboard: B350 Tomahawk
Ram: Anarchy DDR4 3200 2x8
SSD/HDD: 500gb WDC/1TB Toshiba
GPU: Geforce GTX 1060 6gb
PSU: EVGA 850W 80+ BW
Chassis: Phanteks Eclipse P400
OS: Windows 10 Home

Did not have this problem on my old rig, and I forgot to mention that I just replaced mobo from A320 to B350. Any ideas? Thanks.

try to reinstall the ram. if any of the sticks isn't seated right it can make your PC act dead

Make sure you didn't plug the monitor into the motherboard, and try with no drives connected in case there's a boot issue.

I have tried that previously, and I gave it another go when you responded. That didnt work though, do you have any other sugggestions?
