Question computer turns on, no signal on monitor

Hi, two days ago i took apart my computer to clean the dust out. when i put everything back i would get no signal on the monitor. I have taken apart and cleaned my comp a few times before so I'm confident i put everything back correctly. Heres what ive tried after searching google. i cant use onboard graphics since i have an amd motherboard (replacing it soon).

MONITOR

• checked if my monitor works (it does)
• checked the cables for monitor (working)
• removed power and checked if it was loose

GRAPHICS

• moved my graphics card to a different slot
• used a different graphics card
• checked the power on the graphics card (it gets power fans moving)

MOTHERBOARD

• unplugged everything and reset CMOS
• check cpu and made sure it was correct
• rearranged my ram

SPECS

cpu -------------amd fx 9590

graphics -------gtx 1080 8gb

motherboard -gigabyte GA-990FXA-ud3 ATX AM3+

RAM -----------Ripjaws x seriers 2x2gb and 2x 4gb

power ---------Corsair VS 550 W 80+

Did you unplug it from the wall before you started the dismantling?

I have similar problems with pc one day i just installed new hard disk with new windows then suddenly my graphic not detected i installed new graphics card it turn on but its not detected by my pc looked over everything in website found no solutions.

Hello i got the same problem but when i tried to connect my peripherals i can hear notifications from my speaker whenever i put usb, keyboard or mouse on my computer. i can hear notifications but no display from the monitor. I also tried to run random code in windows button + r just to hear any signs of life. and yeah i hear error notifications from windows. my monitor is very old though it still has vga on it.
