Hi guys, when I turn on my computer, the fans start spinning and after 1 ~ 2 seconds then it stops and the computer is off and then it restarts with a beep normally and nothing happens afterwards. Until I shutdown my computer, and off the electric circuit when I go to bed and the same thing happen again the next day when I have to on it for the first time after it has been shut down for a long period of time.
I've tested with other PSU, resit-ed the RAM and the scenario doesn't change when it has been shut down / chord unplug for a long period of time

Is there any issue or is this normal? As I am getting worried

EDIT :
Been asking around and some replies to me were its a false bootup which is normal. But it didnt happen at all in the past (approximately 4 years ago) till recently.

It always happens after a cold boot up where I off my computer and switch off the power circuit for a long period of time. Hopefully it is a resolvable issue

My system specs are :
CPU : i7-7700 3.60hz
GPU : Nvidia geforce 1060 gtx 6gb
RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance
Motherboard : PRIME Z270M-Plus
SSD: 256GB (mainly for boot up) and 512GB (storage)
HDD : 1tb
600Watt PSU
