Computer turns on then off??

Hello okay I've been in the process of building my computer and I have the following specs. Intel Pentium g3258
Msi h81m-e33
Evga 500w
I turn on the power button on my case and all my case fans and leds and Cpu fan and Power supply turn on the off after one sec? What's going on??

Do you hear a post beep before it shuts off?

Possible that mobo needs a bios update before it'll support that CPU
