Computer turns on when hit, and just shows the HP icon when turned on normally.

Title says it all. The PC is 4 years old, but this issue only showed up around a month ago, after I opened the computer up to clean it. I hit it or then the desk, it turns on. When I turn it on normally, it just shows the HP icon and then I have to turn it off then on again for it to work. Anyone have any solutions?

I would go through it and disconnect,inspect and reconnect the components. Especially the PSU cable connections.
