My semi new rig has been getting a black screen usually during a low load (switch tabs, randomly during games and just browsing the internet. It turns off for about 10-12 seconds. Then the screen turns on again and in the case of games it makes them unresponsive and or turns the screen white/doesn't show the game but audio still comes through. I can provide of video of the issue if need be. Thanks in advance!

Specs:
Cpu: Amd ryzen 2600 (stock cooler)
Gpu: Asus 1070ti Rog
Ram: 16x2 Corsair vengeance 2666 mhz
Motherboard: Msi z370 gaming pro carbon
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G+ fully modular gold

That's actually not a very good power supply.

Cons
  • Bad transient response
  • Inaccurate power-good signal
  • Low power factor readings
EVGA's SuperNOVA 650 G1+ is not priced to compete and its transient response is really bad.

I would not be surprised if your problems were directly related to the problems found by Aris during testing of that unit. If you can return it, I would do so, and get something better like a Seasonic Focus plus or Prime, EVGA G2 or G3 or Corsair RMi/RMx unit.
