So, I am not new at computer builds for starters. Second, sorry if this thread is in the wrong area.
Okay, so I installed all of the new components and turned on the power and a light to the left of the SATA connector surrounding the "AsRock" labeled block turned on white. It then proceeded to turn red and flash. I booted anyways and no screen came up (display connected to GPU) and the computer proceed to go into a cycle of turning off and back on.
I though it may be the RAM placement. I do not think so now. I tired slots 1 and 3 and 2 and 4. Neither cause anything different, expect when in slots 2 and 4 the RAM in DIMM 4 does not light up. I am now in slots 1 and 3. I also tried booting without a GPU, which changed nothing.
Thank you so much in advance.
