Computer Upgrade for under 600$

My specs are

Processor: Amd phenom II X4 955 3.20GHz (4 CPUS)

RAM: 12 GB

Operating system Windows 7

Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 430


I really don't know how many watts my power supply is sorry and I dont know if you need to know my motherboard but basically I want to upgrade my graphics card but I guess I need to get a new motherboard new ram and a new processor but I want it to be under 600$ but preferable 500-550$ I would like BF4 to run on High atleast that would be fantastic thank you.

Normally I recommend Intel CPU's, but if you had an AM3+ motherboard that was worth keeping that would save some money because otherwise you may have to buy a new copy of WINDOWS as well.

Is your 12GB of memory DDR3? If so, what frequency is it? (i.e. 1333MHz)

So get back to us on:
a) the motherboard, and
b) your RAM type/frequency
c) your Power Supply

It's pointless to proceed without knowing what we can keep.
