Computer upgrade question

I'm looking to upgrade one piece of my computer for under 200$. I have 6gb ram, a gtx 570 and an Intel i5 3.2ghz cpu. I'm looking for the best option for gaming on a 1080p display. I would like to upgrade to the gtx 950 2g graphics card but only if my cpu isn't going to cause a bottleneck. If I do perform this upgrade will my cpu or ram bottleneck the gpu performance and if so is it still worth the upgrade now if I plan on upgrading those components in the future?

More info needed what platform are you on z77? type of ram ? What games do you play ?
