Solution
take a picture of a sticker on PSU and upload it here or tell us you PSU model. If your PSU is good enough you can get something way better for 200$
I would definitely go with a gpu upgrade. Looking at some benchmarks, something like a gtx 750ti is much faster if it's within your budget. They go for around $150-160 usd, not sure where you're from or what things cost in your area. Anything else will probably be around $200 or more.

This is the benchmark for the gt 640 compared to the 750ti. The 640 is a bit faster than your current 630.

thanks for the answers!, I'm thinking about 200$ max for a gpu.
by the way, my power supplier gives
voltage=230V~
current 5A
frequency 50Hz
Will the 750ti have enough power?

I would get new PSU. GTX 750ti needs 400 watts power supply with at least 20 amps on the 12v rail.

For 200$ you can get something like that (if you change r9 270x with r9 280 it will cost 5-10$ your budget)

You can upgrade to almost any GPU in the future with this XFX PSU

But if you think you dont need such powerfull GPU and think that GTX 750ti will be fine for your needs just change r9 270x with gtx 750ti

Technically, the 20A specified by nvidia is the pwer requirement t run a 750TI with a 130W i7 processor. If you have a 88W i5 or an i3 it should be sufficient.

But for $50 more your suggestion is the more cost-effective.
