Hi i have computer current specs
Gtx 750 ti 2gb
PSU antec 620 w
cpu i5 3570k
motherboard : ASrock fata1tly z77 professinal
ram : 16gb
HDD + SSD : HDD 1TB +SSD 120GB

Can i upgrade to a gtx 970 (4gb) or gtx 960 (4gb) with out upgradeing any of my other parts?

You can upgrade to a card as good as a GTX980ti.
GTX970 sounds appropriate to me.

Antec is good, regardless of the particular model.
Yes, some are better than others, but none are truly bad that I know of.
You have more than enough wattage.
It has been working ok for you for a while.
Do not worry.

Yeah you're good to go. As well as the PSU, all your components are still good enough to run a 970.
