computer upgrading question

I am looking to make a cpu upgrade
system specs

a6-3620 quad core at 2.2ghz which is the base clock
sapphire HD 5850 toxic
cx 600w psu
aahd3-hb motherboard
9 GB of 1333 mhz ddr3 ram
320 GB segate 7.2k rpm hardrive


The motherboard i have can support a a8 3850 which from what ive seen is about 30% faster than the cpu i have but im looking for a faster cpu than that so i need a motherboard with ddr3 ram capability and a processor 50% or more faster than my current a6 3620 for 100 usd please tell me some sugestions also idc what brand the cpu is

How about going with FX-6300? It's 65% better than your current CPU,
