hang-the-9 :
You can get a USB video card with a DVI connector but the cost may not be worth it. I don't really see any VGA to DVI converters.
I don't think that's what I need.
I have a monitor which will accept VGA or DVI. I have USP keyboard and mouse. One of my computers has a video adapter card with AVG and DVI outputs. The second, older machine has only VGA out. The KVM I'm thinking about will have USB connections for the keyboard and mouse, and DVI for connecting the monitor.
The problem is there's no way to connect the KVM to the VGA of the older machine.
