Computer will boot when 2 sticks are installed, but when I install more it says there is no RAM installed.

My computer used to boot with all 4 sticks of RAM installed, now I get debug codes 10 (pei core initialized) and 55(no RAM installed) when I try to boot with all of the RAM installed. It will boot up when 2 sticks are installed however. Could this be an issue with my PSU? Motherboard? The RAM itself?

What model of motherboard do you have?

Try one ram at a time.
If one is not recognized, this one is faulty
