*I installed a new PSU and graphics card into my computer last night, and it hasn't worked since. I can turn the power on and see case fans running along with the fans on the graphics card and cpu cooler, but that's it. The computer will not beep to say it has started up, or even beep at all. I tried turning on the computer with no ram in it and he same thing happened (No beeps no display). I have tried both power supplies and both graphics cards with the same result.
*The computer was powered on, then I plugged the 4 pin fan controller into the CHA fan 1 and the computer shut down. Could this short the whole MOBO?
*Could it be my motherboard? It was working yesterday, but I have no other ideas what it would be.
*EDIT: The computer will not power down unless I do it directly from the power supply. It will turn on through the power button, but will not go back off again. ALSO, all fans work except the one attached directly to the motherboard.
