Computer Will Not Boot OS

So I've been having an issue with my custom-built rig that only started happening today. Last night the rig was fucntioning perfect, but when I came to boot, the rig was stuck on the bios opening menu, and would not boot to the Windows 10 login. I don't know what is happening, and request help

Does the bios see your boot drive? If not check the drives plugins
