Computer will not boot past BIOS settings

My PC will turn on and get stuck in BIOS settings. When I press the function key (i think f12) to get out of the settings it takes me to a loading screen and then sends me right back to the BIOS settings.

My PC hasn't been able to boot for a week. When this happened I restarted my PC 3 times to get to the troubleshooting page. I tried resetting my computer and it says error occured and won't let me.

My PC is from CyberPower and here are the main specs:
GTX 1080
I7 8700
16GB RAM

Try clearing/resetting the CMOS. If this doesn't fix your issue, you might be looking at either a hard drive failure or needing to reinstall Windows completely.

Ya agree with above. It's booting to bios which is good you can try changing boot order if that somehow got changed and see if that will work if not you have to do a fresh install. Was this ssd from another pc with OS on it?

It might just be a bad drive.

It depends on the motherboard you have but it's pretty standardised these days. Send me your Motherboard model just in case.

see that battery in the middle of you MB unplug your PC from wall, remove that battery for ten min, and then return. then power up
