My PC will turn on and get stuck in BIOS settings. When I press the function key (i think f12) to get out of the settings it takes me to a loading screen and then sends me right back to the BIOS settings.

My PC hasn't been able to boot for a week. Earlier, it kept blue screening me and getting stuck on 100% complete on this screen: https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=images&cd=&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwiWupW_oePdAhVBPq0KHTloDF4QjRx6BAgBEAU&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.driversupport.com%2Fhow-to-windows-blue-screen-errors%2F&psig=AOvVaw1LFL1IjOSOFW_gB1t2OISr&ust=1538415218152914
When this happened I restarted my PC 3 times to get to the troubleshooting page. I tried resetting my computer and it says error occured and won't let me.

My PC is from CyberPower and here are the main specs:
GTX 1080
I7 8700
16GB RAM
If you need anything else then please ask.

How do I do that?

It depends on the motherboard you have but it's pretty standardised these days. Send me your Motherboard model just in case.
