Computer will not load up and cannot enter bios

Hello All

I work for a company and they have a computer which hasn't been working for 5 months approx
when i boot it up it says Boot file not found and it wont let me into the bios it is like the keyboard doesnt work.

If possible, swap out with a known good keyboard, and try again. You could also try booting from a CD, like UBUNTU. That would rule out any hardware problems.

have you tried to boot of a Linux LiveCD? even if you have to disconnect the hard drive you can test if the computer is working

if you are using a USB keyboard on a PS/2 motherboard, the BIOS might not be set to accept USB input during boot
