[SOLVED] Computer Will Not Post

Computer will not start up. Will not post either. The computer turns on for about 1 second and then shuts back off. The Q code displayed for that second is just 00.

Specs: x99 rog strix, i7 5820k, GTX 980ti (not in at the time as I pulled it out while testing things)

sounds like one of your drives the spindle has hit the platter. i would unplug all your drives see if the pc posts. if not pull the gpu see if it post with a lighter load or test power supply.
