Hi, I am having a problem. When i installed my graphics card in to my computer today, and powered everything back on (attempted to), nothing happened. I unplugged everything on my motherboard, except for my Front Panel Connectors, and still nothing happened.

Specs:
Intel Core i3 2120
Nvidia GeForce GTX 465
3gb Ram
Win 8.1
160gb HDD

If anybody could help me, I would be very greatful. Thank you.

What PSU do you have? The GTX 465 is a very power-hungry card. It's power draw is around 80% of a 980TI / 75% of an R9 390....... Those require a >500W PSU (I think 600W is recommended for both).

I'm assuming this system is a pre-built, and came with an i3 and no GPU? Chances are it's PSU is like 200W, and not particularly good quality.

Do you know the make/model of the PSU you have? Was this a pre-built?
