The other day I rebuilt my computer using the above components except for the power supply which I am using from my old build. I got everything put together and after some tweaking with my cpu cooling block I got things fired up. Things seemed to be working great up and I didn't appear to have any issues hardware wise. A couple days later I got the proper posts for my cpu cooling block so I took my cooling loops apart and put in the proper posts. I had used some screws that fit the holes on the board just so I could get things up and tested out.

The problem seems to have started following this. I put things back together and dealt with refilling my cooling loops etc etc. Once things were all ready to go I hooked up the power cables to the board, HDDs, video card, etc. I plugged in the computer to the power cable and when I pushed the power button I got nothing. The little light on the motherboard saying it has power is on but that's it, I get no fans spinning and no other lights. I have tried touching the two power pins for a split second hoping that maybe the power switch on the case was bad but even then I didn't get anything.

I double checked and the 8-pin is plugged in, RAM is properly seated, board is properly secured and nothing metal is touching the bottom to cause any possible shortages there. The power supply seems to work fine as I had to power the pumps for my cooling loops to finish filling them. I double and triple checked for leaks and possible water on the board but it is dry as a bone. Is the motherboard bad as I suspect or is there something else I might be missing?
