I recently made the wise purchase of buying a mechanical keyboard. It is a Pok3r with MX Clears, however when I try to put my computer to sleep after about a half a second of sleeping the computer instantly turns back on. It does not turn back on if the keyboard is unplugged. Using windows 7 pro. I hink my specs are on my name.

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

Edit: Ran powercfg -lastwake and the "usb composite device" is causing my computer to wake up, I still don't know how to do anything about that.

Don't know if this will do the trick but worth a try:

Open Device Manager.

Expand Keyboards category.

Double-click on your new keyboard name.
Click the Power Management tab.
Untick "Allow this device to wake the computer".
Click 'OK'.

That setting is not actually designed to fix your particular problem but it might work & nothing else comes to mind.
