Computer will not turn get to bios after Bios Update

So I recently got a new motherboard, the ASRock 870 Extreme3 R2.0, and I set it up and got it running so that everything was working, then I decided to update the BIOS via an .exe file they had on their website, I downloaded it then ran it in administrator (I'm using Windows 7) and about halfway through, the computer froze, after about 15 minutes of waiting, I turned off the computer by holding the power button, then I tried to turn it back on and it does 3 beeps and says no video input on my monitor, Is there anything I can do to fix this?

First off, let me say I had this very same situation occur once with an msi board. I was trying to update the motherboard drivers, and hadn't seen that the bios will also be updated. As most will respond, you should never attempt a bios update through windows. I knew that then and have become extremely careful since.
But onto your problem, is it possible to fix? Maybe. I would start by searching on asrock support for any guides how to correct a bad flash. You may even contact tech support yourself and explain the situation. I was told there no way, but researched and committed a few days to trying many different things. Eventually was able to reflash bios, but the board had problems from that day on.
Depending on your level of experience with this type of issue will determine your best course of action. If asrock can walk you through the process and you know for sure they will replace the board if it fails to correct, then go for it. Unfortunately, I was never able to rma my msi due to the problem being bios flash issue. Best of luck to you, I know you are real frustrated over the whole situation.

I've emailed ASRock tech support and am waiting for a reply from them :/ Thankyou for the reply so fast . Also it does 4 short beeps instead of 3, I counted wrong.
