[SOLVED] Computer will not turn on despite light being on

My computer used to periodically restart by itself fairly often but not common either, until it stopped. I was playing siege with some friends and it did this three times in a row and on the third it would not turn on. All my temperatures were fine and i do not overclock. It will not turn on, but there is a light emitting from near the usb ports.

It is probably Power supply. Buy new Power supply.
Clean your PC with compress air.
And reinstall CPU and RAM. And clean your RAM ports too.
