Hello! Recently, my PC will shutdown on certain games. These games use to work fine before. I recently installed a new motherboard and a CPU. I also put in a new power supply.I also did wipe my :C Drive and re-installed Windows on that drive when I installed the new motherboard and CPU. I also check my GPU and CPU temperatures while gaming and they never overheated. When it restarts, it will just turn off the computer and reboot. I at first thought this was faulty ram and remove 2 ram sticks that I believed were faulty. The restarting was happening less but was still happening. I'm so confused as to why this is happening. Can anybody tell me how to fix this?

My PC specs:

Power Supply: EVGA 750 Watts
Motherboard: ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3
Ram: 8 GB DDR3(2 sticks of ram at 4 gb)
CPU: AMD FX-8350 8-Cores at 4 Ghz
GPU: R9 270X
Drives: 1 Blu-Ray, 1 CD, 1 TB hard drive, and a 1.5 TB Hard Drive

Help is appreciated!

The problem is likely from the MB, because the MB has lower power phase 4+1, you can see this problem over and over in this forum or other forum.
You can try 1) disable the cores 2) under clock the cpu, if you can, then run the PC to see it will restart itself when playing games or not. If it does not, that means the problem from MB because the MB has to work very hard to power up the fx8350 so that the VRMs section is overheat, that the PC will shut down to protect itself.
You are better to buy the good and at least the 970 chipset MB like GA-970A-UD3P, Asus M5A97 R2.0, and not the MSI 970A-G43 something like that.

I have done Prime-95 which tested my CPU and I never saw it restart itself. I'm pretty sure that put more on my cpu than any game ever will. Also, this will usually happen on lower graphic games too. All the higher graphic games run fine.
