Computer will turn on, but not keyboard, mouse or monitor.

When I left yesterday it was fine, but when I came back it was stuck on the bootup motherboard screen, so I turned it off then back on, and since then the computer turns on, graphics card fan and light is on, fans run, but mouse, keyboard and monitor isn't working. Just a black screen and nothing lit up on keyboard or mouse. Help?

Have you tried removing your CMOS battery and replacing it after 5 minutes? Did you build the system yourself?
