Computer window tilted

Hello,
window tilted with top at the left corner of PC

Right mouse button, screen resolution, look if any boxes are ticked, like
"Invert screen 180 degrees"
If that doesn't work ill help you later on, im at school atm

Also, try to be aa bit more specific please
