Computer wint connect to wifi

I have recently got a new hp 8200 elite w i5 2400 and a gtx 1050 ti but it wont connect to wifi without a cable (which i had plugged for a brief period of time). And now when in my brothers room it says there is an ethernet connection but no cable is plugged in and it will not receive any networks (like my home wifi). Nut the weirdest thing is that my other pc and devices just connect.

Please help
