(Not sure if this is the right thread)
So in my room I have a radiator. My room has no insulation and I live in ohio so its still 20 degrees with snow. My power cord, monitor cords and speaker cords are all running on top of it. Its a wall heater so no moving it. Would it be okay to turn on the heater, or will the cords melt and possible mess up something?

Solution
You'll have to actually measure the temperature the top gets to and check your cables' ratings if you can find them to see what sort of margin you have there. In general though, not recommended. Electric baseboard heaters can get quite hot if there is any sort of airflow obstruction around them.
