Hi, I recently bought a computer from Cyberpowerpc.com and it was amazing, up until the point where it would completely crash at completely random times. I had no idea what caused this and it got too annoying to keep up with, so I decided to try a factory reset to see if that would help.
The reset would continuously fail no matter what. It would always get a little while into the reset process and then tell me "the reset has failed" or something similar to that. So I just decided to turn off and turn back on the computer, but when I did, the computer now shows a Gigabyte splash screen once turned on with some white options at the bottom (it always did this before), but it never moves past this screen. The white options at the bottom will disappear after a short amount of time, and then after a little while longer, the whole screen will go black and the process will start all over again.
I have been emailing with a rep from Cyberpowerpc and they have thus far not been too helpful, probably because this is such a strange problem to have with a computer. I have no idea what to do other than to send the whole system back to them so that they can "RMA the system for service". Does anyone have any suggestions about this problem?
