Computer with no administrator accounts

Sooo...The other day I logged in to my computer, a desktop , and I found my account to be monitored by family safety with no administrator rights. The same goes for my other two accounts. Now my computer only allows me to use it for an hr everyday and I literally can't do anything on it? How can I get my admin rights back. Btw when I tried to "add time" the nonfiction would only say "please wait" and when I tried to change my account type, I can't press "yes" to allow myself to change the account type. I'm literally stuck and out of ideas of what happened and how to solve this. Please help!

I'm fairly certain the only fix for that is to reinstall.

I'm also fairly certain that asking how to obtain admin rights to a computer is frowned upon here, or I'd expect it to be.

What do you mean reinstall?

It sounds like your only option is to wipe and reinstall Windows.
